Several new triazoloquinazoline derivatives were prepared. The structures of the obtained compounds were established on the light of their elemental analysis and spectroscopic data. Two of the newly prepared compounds were screened for their anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic activities compared to ibuprofen. Preliminary screeing of the selected compounds showed significant activities.
